AN ORDINANCE DIRECTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO PURCHASE A
STREET SWEEPER: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized and
directed to advertise for and make purchase in the manner provided
by law of the following street sweeper for use in the Street Depart-
ment:
One Patrol Type Street Sweeper
SECTION 2. The cost of the Street Sweeper authorized in Section
1 of this Ordinance shall not exceed Forty -Five Hundred Dollars
($4,500.00), F.O.B. Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
