AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO MAKE A CONTRACT FOR THE INSTALLATION OF WATER
TANK, PUMP AND REEL ON THE AERIAL LADDER TRUCK FOR THE FIRE
DEPARTMENT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby

y ladOr truck recently purchased for the use of the Fire
Department of the following:
A.
One 150 gallon water tank with booster pump and
hose reel complete.
The cost of the work authorized above shall not exceed
Hundred and Twenty -Five Dollars ($625900)*

SECTION 29 This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
