AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $2,013.68 OUT OF THE GENERAL
FUNDS FOR PAYMENT IN FULL OF CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS DUE IN STREET
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 335; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The sum of $2,013968 is hereby appropriated out
of the General Funds of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas for

.for any and all claims that said District may possess against the
City of Little Rock or any property owned by the City of Little
Rock.
:SECTION 2. The amount appropriated in Section 1-of this
Ordinance shall be paid out of the General Funds of the City of
Little Rock; and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to issue the warrant of the City in said amount to
the payee named. Said warrant shall be issued on the express
condition that the amount paid shall be in full and complete
Q►ent and discharge of any and all clains of any nature
which said District or any person or persons claiming by, through
or under it may have against the City of Little Rock or any property
owned by the City of Little Rock,
SECTION 3. Because the amounts appropriated in the preceding
sections of this Ordinance will pay the taxes due on certain lands
owned by the City of Little Rock for the purpose of recreation;
and because it is necessary to pay said taxes in order to clear
said lands; and because it is extremely important that the citizens
lof this community have adequate recreational facilities, an emergency
