Section 1. That the sevoal blocks, lots, parcels and other subdivi-
sions of real property within' > ,ewer Improvement District No. 102, of the
City of Kittle Rock, Arkansas, be and the sane are hereby assessed accord-
ing to the assessment list for said improvement district, as the same now
remains in the office of the lity Clerk of the City of Little mock, ,,rkan-
sas, and as the same bay be annually readjusted by the Board of `ssessors
and that 10 per con tam of said assessments of the value of benefits of
said blocks, lots, parcels ano other subdivisions oyf the real property
be paid January 13, 194b, 10 per cen turn on January 15, 1946, and 10 -4
per centum on January 15, 1947.
Section 2. -'hut all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealeu and this ordinance shall be in full -force and
