AN ORDINANCE GRANTING PERHISSION FOR THE ERECTION OF STEWS
IN THE REAR OF 104 WEST 11ARKHAY1 STREETTLITTLE ROCK,AM ANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE SOCK:
Section 1. It being necessary that concrete steps and landing,
be built to replace wooden steps heretofore there;in the rear
of building,designated as 104 'Jest Markham Street, in order that
deliveries to and from the business may be made,also,in order
that refuse and trash may be removed through the rear of the
building;
Section 2. It is hereby ordained that a permit be issued for the
erection of concrete steps and landing,in the rear of 104 `est
riarkham Street,subject to the approval of the City Engineer;
Section 3. An emergency is hereby found to exist,in that,it is
necessary for the peace and health of the community,that trash
and refuse be removed from the above premises through the rear
of the building,and,that deliveries may be made in the same manner,
and,this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage.
