AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS
TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE FURNISHING OF GASOLINE, OILS, GREASES
KEROSENE, TIRES, TUBES, ETC., FOR THE FIRST QUARTER OF 1945.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCS,
ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs of the City of Little
-Rock, is hereby authorized and direet®d;t,Q ao. tise for, and accept
bids, for the furnishing of gasoline, oils, greases, kerosbne, tires,
tubes, etc., for the months of January, February, Haftt-totbdiorthe first
quarter of 1945.
SECTION 2. The aforesaid materials being necessary to the pres-
ervation of the peace, health and safety of the citizenry of the

City of Little Rock, anjj emergency is hereby declared and this or-
dinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
