AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF SEMI - ANNUAL INTEREST ON
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL AUDITORIUM BONDS; LIBRARY ANNEX
BONDS; AND NEGRO RECREATION PARE BONDS, ISSUES OF FEBRUARY 15T,
1937; MAKING APPROPRIATIONS THEREFOR; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the
*0'jW i'aip*1 Auditorium Bond Fund the sum of Eight 'Thousand Three
Hundred Twenty and 75/100 ($5,320.75) Dollars for the following
indebtedness of the City of Little Rock due and payable at the
office of the Chase National Bank of New York City on February

Semi - annual interest at 4% per annum
on $415,000.00 outstanding bonds,
Nos. 54 to 468, ine., (Coupons No. 16) ....... $8,300.00
Commission for paying coupons due

SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated out of the
Libr *ry Annex Bond Fund the sum of Three.Hundred Fifty -five
' and NO/100 ($355.00) Dollars for the following indebtedness of
the City of Little Rook due and payable at the office of the
Chase National Bank of New York City on February let, 1945:
Semi-annual interest at 4% per annum on
$17,500.00 outstanding bonds, (Coupons No.16)..4350.00
Fee for paying coupons due February 1, 1945..... 5.00

SECTION 3. There is hereby appropriated out of the

($205.04) Dollars for the following indebtedness of the City

Little Rook are hereby authorized to issue the City's warrants
for the amounts and on the funds of the City herein recited;
