AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE
FOR BIDS TO FURNISH MEAT AT THE LITTLE RUCK MUNICIPAL Z00.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authoriz-
ed and directed to advertise for bids for meat to be used at the
Little Rock Municipal Zoo, for the year 1945-
SECTION 2. Due to the fact that our present contract
expires on January 17th and the proper feeding being necessary
in the maintenance of our city zoo, an emergency is declared and
this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval.
