AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO PURCHASE
A CARLOAD OF POLES FOR THE ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and directed to purchase in the manner provided by law, the
following:
One carload of approximately 125 class
7 creosote pine poles, 30 feet in length, F.J.B. Little Rock,
for the City Electrical Department.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
