AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAME OF WEST SHORT SEVENTH STREET TO
LAMAR; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, great confusion exists because the name of West
Short Seventh Street is very similar to the name of another
street in the City of Little Rock, now therefore
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The name of Yvest Short Seventh Street, from
Woodrow Street to Maple Street in the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, is hereby changed to Lamar Street.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
