AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FIVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS
($5,500.00) OUT OF THE AIRPORT CONSTRUCTION FUND FOR THE CARTER
CONTRACTING COMPANY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The sum of Five Thousand Five Hundred Dollars
($5,500.00) is hereby appropriated out of the Airport Construction
Fund for payment to the Carter Contracting Company, and the Mayor
and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to issue the
Warrant of the City in the amount set out above to the Carter Con-
tracting Company; said Warrant to be drawn on the Airport Con-
struction Fund*
