AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE S2 OF LOT 2
AND ALL OF LOT 3, BLOCK 2, GALLAGHER'S ADDITION
TO THE.CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO 54200 AS AMENDED, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE,IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The S2 of Lot 2:and all of Lot 3, Block I.-
Gallagher's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, hereto-
fore classified and zoned as "B ", One Family District Property.
under the terms of Ordinance No. 5420, as amended,,is hereby
re -zoned and re- classified and the same is hereby declared to be
in the "C ", Two Family District Property under the terms of said
zoning ordinance.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 5420, as amended, and the
zoning map thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby
amended.to permit the re- classification and re- zoning of said
S2 of Lot 2 and all of Lot 3, Block 2 -, Gallagher's Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof,
said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in "C"
Two Family District.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
