AN ORDINANCE DIRECTING THE LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL
WATER WORKS TO INSTALL TWELVE (12 ) FIRE HYDRANTS
ON EXISTING WATER LINES TO SERVE'AREA `RECENTLY
ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE; CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the Little Rock Municipal Water Works is
hereby ordered and directed to install twelve (12) fire hy-
drants connecting to the existing- water lines in Asher Avenue
and Fair Park Boulevard at the following locations:

Asher Avenue (north

Asher Avenue (south
Asher Avenue (north
Fair Park boulevard
Fair Park Boulevard
Fair Park Boulevard

Section 2. That these hydrants are ordered and rates for
same shall govern as set forth in Section 1, Article 3, of the
Trust Indenture, dated. February 1, 1936, and approved by City
Ordinance No. 5316, passed February 28, 1936, and as amended by
City Ordinance No. 5712, passed March 22, 1939, and as amended by
City Ordinance No. 5914, passed June 10, 1940.
Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed only insofar as they con-
flict with this ordinance.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
