AN ORDINANCE REQUESTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO TAKE
BIDS FOR THE SALE OF CERTAIN OBSOLETE MACHINERY IN THE STREET
DEPARTMIENT , AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby re-
quested to advertise and take bids for the sale of the following
equipment formerly used by the Street Department; said equip-
ment being as follows:
1. One 10 -year old Elgin Street Sweeper
(now obsolete).
2. Chassis and remaining parts of a street
sweeper (now obsolete) formerly known
as "Clean Street Sweeper ".
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
