AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $1,100.00 OUT OF THE AIRPORT CONSTRUCTION
FUND AND APPROPRIATING $7,497.21 OUT OF THE FIRE DEPARTMENT CONSTRUCTION
FUND; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSASt
SECTION 19 The sum of $1,100.00 is hereby appropriated out
of the Airport Construction Fund for payment to the Carter Contracting
Company, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorised and
directed to issue the warrant of the City in the amount of $1,100000
drawn on the fund indicated and payable to the Carter Contracting
Company. Said warrant shall be in full an4 final payment -of all
amounts due the Carter Contracting Company for the-construction of the
Administration Building Annex at Adams Field.
SECTION 2. The sum of $7,321.50 is hereby appropriated oUt of
the Fire Department Construction Fund for payment to G. Wo Bray, and
the sum of 4175.71 is hereby appropriated out of the Fire Department
Construction Fund for payment to H. Ray Burks, and the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to issue the warrants of the
City to the persons named above in the sums indicated drawn on the
Fire Department Construction Fund.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
