AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE SOUTH ONE -THIRD OF THE NORTH -
WEST QUARTER AND THE NORTH ONE -THIRD OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER,
BLOCK TWO, WATKINS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The South one -third of the Northwest quarter
and the North one-third of the Southwest quarter, Block 2,
Watkins Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, hereto-
fore classified and zoned as being in the Class "B one - family"
District under Ordinance No. 5420 as amended, of the ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, are hereby re -zoned and reclassified
as being in the Class "I light industrial" District.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 5420 of the Ordinances of the
City of Little lock as amended, and the zoning map attached
thereto and made a part thereof, are hereby amended in conformity
with the provisions of Section 1 of this ordinance; said properties
described in Section 1 of this ordinance to be hereafter known
and classified as being in the Class "I light industrial" District
under said Ordinance No. 5420 as amended.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
