AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE SOUTH HALF OF LOTS 7 AND 8, BLOCK
5, PFEIFER'S ADDITION TO THE CI ^1Y OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The South Half of lots 7 and 8, Block 5, in
Pfeifer's addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, are hereby
rezoned and reclassified from the "A one family district" and
placed in the "F Commercial District" under the terms of Ordinance
No. 5420 as amended, of the ordinances of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 5420 of the ordinances of the
City- of Little Rock as amended, and the zoning
to and made a part thereof, are hereby amended
the -orovisions of Section 1 of this ordinance;
described in Section 1 of this ordinance to be
and classified as being in the "F Commercial D;
