AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING VARIOUS SUMS OFMONEY FOR PAYMENTS OF
MATURING PRINCIPAL, SEMI- ANNUAL INTEREST, AND PAYING AGENTS CHARGES
DUE SEPTEMBER 13T, 19459 ON VARIOUS CITY OF LITTLE ROCK BOND ISSUES,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the various
fuude of the -City of Little- R"k- the suss of money as hRrelit _reckled_.
for payment of the City's obligations on various bond requirements
due September let, 1945, as follows:
5% Sinking Fund - Airport, Fire Equipment and Hospital Bonds:
Maturing principal $17,000.00
Semi - annual interest 9,425•
Paying Agent's charges _
Total $2
Airport Bond Fund - 2 *% Airport Improvement Bonds:
Semi - annual interest $ 4,062.50
Paying Agent's charges

Fair Park Bond Fund - 2 *% Fair Park Improvement Bonds:
Semi - annual interest $ 625.00
Paying Agent's charges
Total 0 30.00
Fire Department Sinking Fund - 2% Fire Apparatus and Fire
Station Bonds: (Second Issue)

SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to issue the City's warrants on the respective funds and for the
respective amounts and purposes herein mentioned; and the City
Clerk is hereby authorized to make such arrangements as are neces-
sary for the transmittal of the& funds to the proper paying agents
to most the due date of September 1, 1945.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
