ORDINANCE N0. 6943
AN ORDINANCE CREATIdG THE POSITION OF TEMPORARY SUPERVISOR
OF MAINTENANCE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
SECTION 1. The position of Temporary Supervisor of
Maintenance is hereby created. The person to fill this position
shall be chosen by the Mayor, and shall receive a salary to be
�ixed by the Mayor, not t'p fie. _3eiss than 200-00 per month, nor
more than $250.00 per month.
The Temporary Supervisor of Maintenance shall be charged
with supervising. the repair of any and all public buildings
which may be needing-repair during the employment authorized by
this Ordinance.
The person filling such position shall be authorized to
employ such temporary or casual labor as he may need from time
to time in the discharge of the above duties.
SECTION 29 The employment authorized under this Ordinance
shall in no event exceed six (6) months from the time that the

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
