AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS 7, 8, and 9, BLOCK 30, ORIGINAL
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK: AMENDING ORDINANCE No. 5420 AS AMENDED, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROC K, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Lots 7, 8, and 9 in Block 30 of the Original
City of Little rock, Arkansas, are hereby rezoned and reclassified
and placed in the "H Business" District under the terms of Ordinance
No. 5420 as amended, of the Ordinances of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 5420 of the Ordinances of tYe
City of Little Rock, as amended, and the zoning map attached thereto
and made a part thereof, are hereby amended in conformity with the
provisions of Section 1 of this Ordinance; said properties described
as being in the "H Business" District under said Ordinance No. 5420
as amended.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
