AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 37 AS AMENDED Of ORDINANCE NO. 5876,
PROVIDING FOR LIMITED PARKING ON A PORTION OF 7TH STREET, MAKIIJG
VIOLATION JA 'TISDEMEANOR, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. From and after the passage of this Ordinance,
when signs are erected in each block giving notice thereon of
limited parking, no person shall park a vehicle for a longer time
thaj%ohereafter designated at any time between the hours of 8:00
A.M. and 6 :00 P.II., inclusive of any day except Sundays and Public
Holidays, upon any of the Streets as follows:
7th Street on both the north and south sides between
Broadway and Victory Streets in the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. Section 37 as amended of Ordinance No. 5876 is
hereby amended to conform to the provision of Sectionl of this
Ordinance.
SECTION 3. Any person found guilty of violating the provision
of Section 1 of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor;
each violation over the time stated in this section shall constitute
a separate offense.
SECTION 4. Any person found guilty of a misdemeanor under the
terms of this Ordinance shall, upon conviction in the Little Rock
Municipal Court, be fined in any amount not less than One Dollar
($1.00) nor more than Five Dollars ($5.00).
SECTION 5. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
