AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE EAST 50 FEr:T OF LOTS 1, 2 AND
3, BLOCK 40, ORIGINAL CI'T'Y OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; Ab&k;NDING
ORDINANCE: NO. 5420 AS AMENDED, AND FUR 0` M' h PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY MH CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE RUCK, ARKAN6AS:
SECTION 1. The East 50 feet of Lots 1, 2 and 3,
Block 40, Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas, heretofore !
classified and zoned as being in the "E" Apartment District
under the terms of Ordinance No. 5420 as amended, of the
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, are hereby rezoned and
reclassified as being in the "G" Commercial District.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 5420 of the Ordinances of
the City of Little Rock as amended, and the zoning map attached
thereto and made a part thereof, are hereby amended in conformity
with the provisions of Section 1 of this Ordinance; said
properties described in Section 1 of this Ordinance to be here-
after known and classified as being in the "G" Commercial
District under said Ordinance No. 5420 as amended.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
