AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT 9, BLOCK 1, WOODLAWN ADDITION
TO TIM CITY OF LITTLE; ROCK; AI9ENDING ORDINANC N0. 5420 AS
AMENDED; AI`dD FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Lot 91 Block 1, Woodlawn Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby rezoned and
reclassified and placed in the "F Commercial" District under
the terms of Ordinance No. 5420 as amended, of tide Ordinances
Of the City of Little mock.
SECTION 2. Ordinance IJo, 5420 of the Ordinances
of the City of Little Rods as amended, and the zoning; maD
attached thereto and made a part thereof, are hereby amended
in conformity with the provisions of Section 1 of tzis
Ordinance; said properties described as being in the "F
Commercial" District under said Ordinance No. 5420 as amended.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
