AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING A PARCEL OF LAND DESCRIBED AS:
LOTS ONE (1) AND TWO (2), BLOCK THREE HUNDRED FORTY-FOUR (344),
ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS LOTS
ONE (1) AND TWO (2), BEACHES SUBDIVISION OF BLOCK THREE HUNDRED
FORTY-FOUR (344), LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 5420 AS A1j!ENDED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION L. A parcel of land described as: Lots One (1)
and Two (2) , Block Three Hundred Forty -four (344) , Original
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, otherwise known as Lots One (1)
and Two (2) , Beaches Subdivision of Block Three Hundred Forty -
four (344), Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby rezoned and reclassi-
fied and placed in "Hn Business District under the terms of
Ordinance No. 5420, as amended,, of the Ordinances of the City
of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 5420 of the Ordinances of
the City of Little Rock, as amended and-he zoning map attached
thereto and made a part- &reof, are hereby amended in conformity
with the provisions of Section l of this Ordinance; said prop-
erty to be known, and hereafter classified, in the nHn Business
District under said Ordinance No. 5420,,as amended.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
