AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE EAST 47 FEET OF LOTS 10, 11,
AND 12, BLOCK 15, MARSHALL AND 17OLFE'S ADDITION TO THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The East 47 feet of Lots 10, 11 and 12, Block
15, Marshall and Wolfe's Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, 1008 Summit Avenue, is hereby rezoned and reclassified
from the present two family "C" district to that of "I" Light
Industrial District, under the terms of Ordinance No. 5420 as
amended, of the Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, so as
to permit rebuilding present garage and use of same for the
general repair of automobiles.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 5420 of the Ordinances of the
City of Little Rock as amended, and the zoning map attached
thereto and made a part thereof, are hereby amended in conformity
with the provisions of Section 1 of this Ordinance; said
properties described to be hereafter known and classified as
being in the "I" Light Industrial District under said Ordinance
No. 5420 as amended.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
