AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CUTTING OF THE CURB FOR A DISTANCE
OF 140 FEET ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE 1300 BLOCK ON EAST SIXTH
STREET IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PUR-
POSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Authority is hereby* granted to out the street
curb on the north side of East Sixth Street in the 1300 block
in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas; said curb out shall be-
gin at the eastern end of the curb out authorized by Permit
No. 1756 issued by the City Engineer, and shall run East a
distance of 140 feet along the north side of East Sixth Street,
in the 1300 block, as mentioned above.
SECTION 2. The curb out authorized in Section 1 of this
Ordinance shall be made when and after persons desiring to
make it have submitted to the City Engineer's office plans
and specifications to be approved by the City Engineer for
paving the space between the property line and the street
for use as a sidewalk and parking strip.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and ef-
feet from and after its passage.
