AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS 1, 2, & 3, BLOCK 6, AND LOTS
4, 5 & 6, BLOCK 7, WOODRUFF'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots 1, 2 & 3, Block 6, and Lots 4, 5 &
6, Block 7, Woodruff's Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, heretofore classified and zoned as "C" Two- family
District, under the terms of the Zoning Ordinance No. 5420,
is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby
declared to be in "K" Heavy Industrial District under the terms
of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning "dap
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereb=y amended
to permit the reclassifioet•ion and rezoning of said Lots 1,
2 & 3, Block 6, and Lots 4, 5 & 6, Block 7, Woodruff's Addi-
tion to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in
Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and
classified as being in the "K" Heavy Industrial District.
SECTION 3. That the City Council has determined and it
is hereby declared that all the prerequisites to the passage
of this ordinance have been complied with in connection here-
with, and this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
