OF LITTLE ROCK,. ARKANSAS, . AMDING ORDINANCE N0.5420 AS .AENDED, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARUNSAS:
Section 1. Lot 17, Block 118 Ferndale Addition to the City of Little Rook,

under the terms of Ordinance No.5420, as amended, of the Ordinances of the Ci%y
of Little Rook, are hereby re -zoned and reclassified as being in "I Light In-
diLetrial District and waiver of yard space requirements is hereby granted.
Section 2. Ordinance No *%20 of the Ordinances of the City of Little
Rook, as amended, and the zoning map( attached thereto and made a part thereof,
are hereby amended in confgrmity with the provisions of Section 1 of this
Ordinance; said property described in Section 1 of this Ordinance will be here-
after known and classified as being in the "I Light Industrial District and
waiver of yard space requirements granted under said Ordinance No.5420 as amended.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
