OF LOT 12, BLOCK MCCARTHY'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK; _ARKANSAS, A 7 LNDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSAS.
BE IT MDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:

Lot 12, Block 79 McCarthy's Addition to the City of Little Rook,
being 2600 Battery Street, heretofore classified and zoned as
One Family B District under the terms of zoning Ordinance No.
5420 is hereby rezoned and reclassified, and the same is hereby
declared to be in the Two Family C District.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the zoning map
thereto attached and made a thereof, are hereby amended in con-
formity with the provisions of - Seotion 1 of this Ordinance. The
above described property shall hereafter tie known and classified
as being in Two Family C District
SECTION 3. That this ordlnande shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
