SECTION ,l. That ,Lots fourteen (1/.) and fifteen (15), Block
One (1), - ;iffel a nd Holder' s F_cidition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, heretofore classified °a.nd zoned as "B« Residence Dist-
rict, under the terms of the Zoning Ordin� :nce No. 5420, is hereby
re -zoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be
in "FIT Commercial District, and the yard space requirements of
said district are hereby waived under the terms of said Zoning
Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No._ 520 and the Zoning Map thereto
attachea and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification - nd re- zoning of said Lots fourteen (1).) and fif-
teen (15), Mock One (1), Riffel and Holderts Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said
property to be hereafter knoti.m and classified as being in the "Flt.
Commercial District, with a wr iver of yard space requirements.
SECTION 3. That the City Cbmcil has determined and it is
hereby declared that all the pre - requisites to the passage of this
ordinance have been complied with in connection herewith, and this
ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and and after its
Sassage.,
