AN ORDINANCE GRANTING WAIVE.RR OF LOT AREA AND YARD SPACE
REgUIREMENTS ON PROPERTY AT 1118 SM''I�JT AVENUE- AMENDING
ORDINANCE N0. 54200 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER �URPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the lot area requirements and the yard
space requirements as established by Ordinance No. 5420 as it
affects property at 1118 Summit Avenue, described as the East
53 feet of Lots 7, 8, and 9. Block 19, Marshall and `JPolfe's
Addition to the City of Little Rock, are hereby waived, and the
owner thereof is hereby granted permission to construct a duplex
dwelling on the north end of said property.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 5420 and the zoning map
attached thereto and made a part thereof are hereby amended to
conform to the provisions of Section 1 of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
