AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT THREE (3), BLOCK ONE (1), MARSHALL AND
COFFMAN'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 5120; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS9
SECTION 1. -That Let.Three O au ibo
(20) feet of
b6ing No. 808 Brown Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B"
Residence District, under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is
hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be
in "C" Two-family District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2, That Ordinance No. 5420 and Zoning Map thereto
attached and made &.part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of said Lot Three (3), Block One (1),
Marshall and.Coffman's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known
as classified as,being - in the '!C" Two-family District.
SECTION 1. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
