AN ORDINANCE GRANTING WAIVER OF LOT AREA AND YARD SPACE REQUIREMENTS
ON PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SGUTH EAST , CORNER OF CAPITOL AVENUE AND
CUMBERLAND STREETi; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420, AS AMDED; AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO 6877; AND FOR OMER PUIOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK., ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the lot area requirements and the yard space
requirements as established by Ordinance No. 5420 as it affects prop-
erty on the Southeast corner of Capitol Avenue and Cumberland Street,
described as the East 50 feet of Lots 1, 2, and j, Block 40, Original
City, heretofore reclassified to Commercial "a" District property by
Ordinance No. 6677, are hereby waived,
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 54,20 and the zoning map attached
thereto and made a part thereof,, and Ordinance No. 6877, are hereby
amended to conform to the provisions of Section 1 of this ordinance..
