TO -TEND ITS WATER LINZS IN PARK AVENUE, 30TH STREET AND IN
THE STOCK SHOW GROUNDS AND INSTALL EIGHT (8) FIRE HYDP.ANTS HEZRE011.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the Little Rock Municipal Water Viorks is
hereby ordered and directed to install a six (611) inch water
line in 30th Street between Summit Street and Park Avenue,
thence throul= the Stock Show Grounds, tyint, into the eight
(g°) inch line in 26th Street between Dennison and Rice Streets
and install eight (9) fire hydrants as follows:

30th and
29th and
27th and
Four (4)
Sto
Schiller Streets
Park Avenue
Park avenue
Park Avenue, and
others inside the
ck Show Grounds area.
Section 2. That these water lines and hydrants are ordered
and rates for same shall govern Cs set forth in Section 1, Article
3, of Trust Indenture, dated February 1, 1936, and approved by
City Ordim nee ::o. 5316, passed February 29, 1936, and as amended
by City Ordinance No. 5712, passed !larch 22, 1939, and as amended
by City Ordinance No. 5814, passed June 10, 1940, and as amended
by City Orc�ance No. 6924, passed September 10, 1x45.
Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed only insofar as they
conflict with this ordinance.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and ,after its passage.
