BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:

division of Lot "A" of Russell's Subdivision of the North Half
(N *) of Section One (1), South of the Arkansas River, Township
One (1) North, Range Twelve (12) West, Pulaski County, Arkansas

classified in Zoning Ordinance No. 5420 from "C" Two Family
to "F" Commercial.
Section 2. All ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance being necessary for the preservation of
