ORDINANCE NO. 7039
AN ORDINANCE 'GRANTING J. B. COOK AUTO MACHINE CO.
PERMISSION TO MAKE A CURB CUT SEVENTY (70) FEET LONG ON THE
CURB LINE WHICH EXTENDS ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF LOTS FOUR (4),
FIVE (5) AND SIX (6), IN BLOCK NINETY TWO (92), OF THE
ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND WHICH BEGINS
FIVE FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: -
SECTION 1. That J.B.Cook Auto Machine Company,
the owner of Lots Four (4), Five (5) and Six (6), in
Block Ninety -two (92), of the Original City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, be and is hereby granted the right to make a
-curb -cut seventy (70) feet long along the curb line which
extends along the west side of the roperty hereinabove
described, and which begins five (5) feet south of the
northwest corner of said property.
SECTION 2. That the Ordinance shall take
effect and be in full force from and after its passage.
