AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING 08,802.00 FROM TIE AIRPORT
CONSTRUCTION FUND OE THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of $9,,802. 00 be , and the same
is hereby appropriated out of the Airport Construction Fund of
the City of Little Rock, and the Mayor and the City Clerk are
hereby authorized to issue the City's warrant to the Linebarger
Construction Company, to be drawn against said fund.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage and approval.
