AN ORDINANCE DIRECTING AND AUTHORIZING
THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE,
TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PURCHASE ONE AUTO -
MOBILE FOR USE BY THE POLICE DEPARTMENT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is
hereby authorized and directed to advertise, take bids
for, and purchase one 1946 Automobile for use by the
Police Department.
SECTION 2. The cost of such Automobile shall
not exceed the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($19000.00).
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage.
