AN ORDINANCE DIRECTING AND AUTHORIZING
THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE,
.,- TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PURCHASE ONE TRACTOR
WITH A SIDE - CUTTING 1SOVIER FOR USE BY THE
SANITATION DEPARTMENT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is
hereby authorized and directed to advertise, take bids
for, and purchase one tractor with a side-cutting mower.
SECTION 2. The cost of such tractor shall not
exceed the sum of One Thousand and Fifty Dollars ($1,050.00),
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
