AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO SELL CERTAIN PERSONAL PRO-
PERTY AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to sell and dispose of according to
law the following surplus property now owned by the City of
Little Rock:
1 Elgin Sweeper I�iotor #16'7000 1936 : ode1
1 Steam boiler with burner and cleaning fluid
vat. (Needs flues)
3 (ldotorcycle equipment)
1 Old frame and rotor 40UH- 2493
1 Lachine less generator, carburetor and battery

3 Frames
2 Motor bases
3 Sets gas tanks - bent up
Small amount of out of date parts.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
