BE IT ORDAINED By THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1. That tb6` Little Rock Municipal Water
u- Works is hereby ordered and dixlated to install one (1)

connecting to a twelve inch (120) mater Ili
in Roosevelt Road at the following location:
Intersection of Roosevelt Road and
Woodrow Street.
SECTION 2: That these hydrants are ordered a'nd
rates for same shall govern as set f orth in Section 1, Article
3, of the Trust Indenture, dated February 1, 1936, and approved
lw by City Ordinance No. 5316, passed February 28.,-1936., and as
amended by City Ordinance No. 5712, passed March 22, 1939, j
and as amended by Cit-y Ordinande No. 5914,•passed June 10, 1940
and as amended by City Ordinance No. 6824, passed September
SECTION 3. That all ordinances or.parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed only insofar as they
conflict with this ordinance.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
