AN ORDINANCE INCREASING THE SALARY
OF THE STATISTICIAN OF THE HEALTH
DEPARTMENT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
EHERE'AS, the State of Arkansas will discontinue
its fifty per cent contribution to the salary of the sta-
tistician of the Health Department of the City of Little
Rook on the lst day of July, 1946, and
WHKRXAS, different arrangements have been made
between the City and the State for the prying of the salary
of the person employed by the City to perform such work,
NOW THEREFORE;
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY'COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCS, ARKANSAS.
• SECTION 1. Beginning on the lot day of July,
1946, the salary of the statistician of the Health Depart-
meat of the City of Little Rook, is hereby increased to the
sum of One Hundred Forty -five (4145.00) Dollars per month,
and such statistician shall be paid from such fund of funds
and in the same manner as are the other employees of the
Health Department of the City of Little Rook,
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval
