AN ORDINANCE RE- CLASSIFYING LOT 1, BLOCK 2, ELM STREET
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. Lot 1, Block 2, Elm Street Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 4101 West 21st Street,
heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District
under the terms of ZonAng Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby re-
zoned and re- classified, andthe same is hereby declared to be
in "D" Apartment District, and the yard space requirements are
hereby waived under the terms of the said zoning ordinance.
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 as amended, and
the zoning map attached thereto and made a part thereof, are
hereby amended and said property is hereby re- classified and
re -zoned as outlined in Section 1 hereof; said property to
hereafter known and classified as being in "D" Apartment
District with necessary waiver of yard space requirements.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after date of its passage and approval.
