AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS 4 AND 5, BLOCK 10, S. J.
JOHNSON'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PUR-
POSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots 4 and 5, Block 10, S. J.
Johnson's Addition to the City of Little Rook, Arkansas, here-
tofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District, under
the terms of the Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, �ehereby rezoned
and reclassified and the same _jarhereby declared to be in "K"
Heavy Industrial District under the terms of said Zoning Or-
dinance.
SECTION 29 That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning
Map thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby a-
mended to include the reclassification and rezoning of said
Lots 4 and 5, Block 10, S. J. Johnson's Addition to the City
of Little Rook, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof,
said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in
the "K" Heavy Industrial District under Ordinance No. 5420.
SECTION 39 That the City Council has determined and
it is hereby declared that all the prerequisites,to the passage
of this Ordinance have been complied with in connection here-
with, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage.
