AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS 1,2,3,4,5 and 6, BLOCK 283, ORIGINAL
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots 1,2,3,4,5 and 6, Block 283, Original City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, heretofore classified and zoned as "C" Two -
Family District, under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, are
hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same are hereby declared to be
in "F" Commercial District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance*
SECTION 2, That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of said Lots 1,2,3,4,5 and 6, Block 283a
Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 here-
of,, said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in the
"F" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
