AN ORDINANCE RECLASSI:FilNG LOTS ' SI% (6), SEPEN (7), AND EIGHT
(8), BLACK FOURTEM (14), R. c. BUTLERS ADDITION To THE CITr
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARHANW1 AMMING ORDINANCE NO. %20; AND
FOR OTHER PUVOSES.
BE IT ORDAIM BY THE CIT2 COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSASs
SECTION 1. That Lots Six (6), Seven (7), and Eight
(8), Block Fourteen (14), R. C. Butlers Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 2715 Cedar Street, heretofore
classified and zoned as "B" Residence District, under the terms
of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassi-
fied, and the same are hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial
District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 544 and the Zoning
Yap thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby
amended to permit the reclassification and rezoning of said
Lots Six (6), seven (7), and Eight (8), Block Fourteen (14),
R. C. Butler's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,•
as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter
known and classified as being the *F" Commercial. District.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after its passage,
