AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT SIX (6), BLOCK TWO (2),
TOWER GROVE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING ORDINANCE N0, 5420 AS AMENDED AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.

.SECTION 1. That Lot Si? (6),9, Block Two (2)s..Tower
Grove Addition to the city of Little Rock, Arkansas, being
Number 2901 West 7th Street, heretofore classified and
zoned as nBtr Residence District, under the terms of Zoning
Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and
the same is hereby declared to be in "III Light Industrial
District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance, and
waiver of yard space requirements is hereby granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended

to per the reclassification and rezoning of the said , i
Six (6), Block Two (2), Tower Grove Addition to the City

said property to be hereafter known and classified as being
in nitt Light Industrial District and with yard space require-
ments waived as provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
