AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING THE USE OF A LIKE KIND
OF PrATERIAL OR SUBSTANCE TO BE USED IN THE
BROADENING, WIDENING, OR REPAIRING OF STREETS
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock, all improvement
districts, firms, corporations, partnerships, individuals,

require the width of all streets to be of like materials, but
shall not prohibit the extension of the pavement upon any street
to be of different paving materials.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
