BE IT ORDAINED BY T11, CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
SECTION 1. That the Little Rock TvItnicipal 17ater Viorks is
hereby ordered and directed to install one (1) fire hydrant
at the north end of Country Club Lane.
SECTION 2. That this hydrant is ordered and the rates
for same shall govern as set forth in Section 1, Article 3, of
the Trust Indenture, dated February 1, 1936, and ep proved by
City Ordinance No. 5316, passed ?ebruary 28, 1936, and as
amended by City Ordinance No. 5712, passed 11arch 22, 1934, and
as amended by City Ordinance No. 5914, passed June 10, 19 .0, and
as a_,-ended by City Ordinance Ido. 6824, passed September 10, 10/45.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herezyith are hereby repealed only insofar as they
conflict 17ith this ordinances.
SEMIC1114. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its zjassa-�e.
