TYLER ARID TAYLOR IN THE OAK FOREST SECTION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY-OF
LITTLE ROCK:

SECTION 1. That the Little Rock Municipal Water

Works is hereby ordered and directed to install four (4)
fire hydrants:
West 20th and Tyler Streets
Vilest 20th. and Filmore Streets
Vilest 24th and Tyler Streets
West 24th and Taylor Streets.
SECTION 2. That tYese hydrants are ordered and the
rates for same shall govern as set forth in Section 1,
Article 3, of the Trust Indenture, dated February 1, 19369
and approved by City Ordinance No. 5316, passed February 28,
1936, and as amended by City Ordinance No. 5712, passed
and 'g:s• "am��i�ed 'by City ordinance " N`o. ���:�,
passed June 10, 1940, and as amended by City Ordinance
No. 6824, passed September 10, 1945.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed only insofar as
they conflict with this ordinance.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force. from and after its passage.
